Vehicle collisions in New Jersey

Although vehicle collisions are extremely worrisome occurrences, they happen every day in every state across the country and New Jersey is no exception. Every time you get behind the wheel, you have no way of predicting when or if a reckless driver is going to crash into your vehicle, seriously injuring you.

When car accidents occur, there are often multiple victims who sustain serious bodily injuries and heavy damage to their vehicles. If you were diligent in a car accident, you won’t be held liable, which means you’ll likely be able to collect compensation for your losses from the driver at fault as well as your insurance company.

A report released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration shows that since 2015, the United States has seen an increase of more than 11% in collisions involving multiple cars. As the country’s population increases unchecked, the number of new, inexperienced, angry, reckless, distracted and reckless drivers on the road increases at the same time. Our congested roads are just one of countless reasons for the higher rate of multiple-vehicle accidents.
